Without a shadow of a doubt, the Yeezy Quantum is one of the most anticipated sneakers of the entire year. Hands down one of Kanye West’s many ambitious silhouettes to date, it’ll go head to head with the likes of Michael Jordan’s Air Jordan 1. Now, after months of next to no updates, we’re now getting news that the Yeezy Quantum “Barium” is in the works, and here’s what we know so far!

First leaked all the way back in September of last year when it was simply dubbed the “Triple Black”, we had no idea whether or not they were actually the real deal, but if sneaker insider @pyleaks is correct, we ought to be getting these basketball shoes sooner rather than later.

Boasting a design that looks a lot like the Yeezy 700 V3 “Alvah”, the mesh base is overlaid by a textured panel, while several see-through stripes graces the lateral and medial side panels just like the most recent Yeezy increase 350 V2 colourway.

Neoprene makes up the ankle portion for a sock-like fit, while a dash of suede graces the toe box. Rounding it all off is 3M heel counter and an adidas Boost-infused midsole that takes comfort levels to another level.
